These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Swaplyst, a mobile application and website operated by Communitech Labs Limited, a company incorporated in the Abu Dhabi Global Market, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "our").
By creating an account, accessing, or using Swaplyst, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use Swaplyst.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Swaplyst as an individual. Organizations must be legally constituted in their jurisdiction. You are responsible for providing accurate information about yourself or your organization during registration.
Swaplyst is a platform that connects individuals with each other and with organizations for the purpose of volunteering, internships, and peer-to-peer skill exchange. Matches and conversations happen inside the app. We do not employ users, and we do not facilitate monetary payments between users.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us at hello@swaplyst.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You retain ownership of the content you post (profile information, opportunity descriptions, messages). By posting, you grant Swaplyst a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content as necessary to run the service. You must not post unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, or infringing content.
During the launch window (through 31 August 2026), every verified organization may post up to three opportunities free of charge. Pricing for what comes after will be communicated to org-tier members before the launch window ends. We reserve the right to remove or refuse postings that violate these Terms.
You agree not to: (a) use Swaplyst for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to access another user's account; (c) scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the operation of the service; (d) impersonate any person or organization; (e) post content that promotes hate, harassment, or violence.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
Swaplyst is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any match will result in a successful exchange. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms is limited to AED 500.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Abu Dhabi Global Market. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Abu Dhabi Global Market.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via in-app notice or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
